Due to the nature of our products, used candles and change of mind purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
EXCEPTIONS
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to pack your orders carefully. Hence, once it leaves our studio, it is already in the hands of the shipping company. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via email at clarisse@clarathebrand.com and your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.
If possible, include photos of the damaged order. We will get back to you within 48 business hours with the next steps.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
RETURN POLICY
We try our best to accept a damaged and defective items, however, please observe our policy as follows:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. It could take between 2-5 days for the parcel to reach us. After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of your item, and once approved, we will then process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
