All our candle making sessions are paid in advance to secure your VIP seat.

Tickets sold are considered final and non-refundable. Tickets sold are not transferrable to another workshop date.

Client Emergencies: We understand that some things may be on our way at times. Therefore, in the event you are unable to attend, you may gift the ticket to a friend for the same workshop date.

Force Majeure: Clara the Brand reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. Thus, a 60-day rebooking credit will be issued to you.
