Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Clara the Brand (“us/we”), and according to any and all specifications and directions of manufacturer.

By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Clara the Brand, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your country, and/or city of residence.

Nature of  Product

Customers of Clara the Brand agree that every candle is handmade and can carry minor imperfections that vary from the website images used.

This is all apart of the natural nature of the product and cannot be deemed a fault. We use both glass jars and candle tins as our main vessel and our candle tins are made from natural and recycled material and thus can sometimes carry (very minor) imperfections, like faint indents, marks and scratches.

These do not in any way affect the performance of our product, and the buyer must understand that there is a risk that there will be a slight variation between each tin.

FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CLARA THE BRAND FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, CLARA THE BRAND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
